Group therapy courses are an alternative way of engaging in psychological therapy and there is a growing evidence-base for the effectiveness of group psychological therapy programmes.
At EBTC, we have a group room where we can host a range of programmes. Many people say they do not like the idea of attending group therapy. In our experience of running group programmes, once the anxiety of the first session is over, people really enjoy and benefit from attending.
