Pedal-ates is an 8 week course of Pilates classes specifically designed for cyclists. It is run by Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Clinical Pilates Instructor Julianne Woodcock. This exercise programme uses physiotherapy and Pilates techniques to identify and target cyclists’ key muscle groups which can become tight or weak.

Next programme starts on Monday 16th February 2015 at 7.30pm and runs for 8 weeks with the exception of Monday 16th March. Each session consists of 1 hour of intensive cycling-specific stability, control and flexibility exercise. The 8 week programme costs €120.
